After completing multiple 250 mile races, I believe that we are all capable of achieving great things. Things we have never thought possible. MY SYSTEMATIC APPROACH
FREE CONSULTATION
I like to learn about my clients. What are they looking to do during the duration of training? What motivates them? Why are they seeking coaching?
BASELINE ASSESSMENT
I provide 2 simple assessment tests that require less than 30 mins each (typically). This will provide me and the athlete with a baseline to monitor improvement throughout training.
CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN
I create a customized training plan tailored to the athlete and the specific race/event they are preparing for. The training is based on periodization and race specification.
RACE PLANNING
Individualized race plans for specific races including nutrition/fueling and pacing strategies.
